Under the auspices of His Grace Bishop Peter, Bishop of the Coptic Orthodox Diocese of North, South Carolina, and Kentucky, the Diocese Fathers and Servants are organizing the third annual Diocese Servants Retreat. This Retreat series is an opportunity for the Servants to benefit from His Grace's guidance, grow spiritually, enhance their preparation to serve, establish a sense of community among Servants across Diocese Churches, and share experiences and collaborate on addressing challenges they face in their service. The Retreat is restricted to Servants and their families due to the limited space in the Convent, and it is the responsibility of each Church's Father and Service Coordinator to ensure that registrants are active Servants in their Church. Please also share with your Servants the rules of the Convent and ensure they will strictly abide by these rules during the Retreat for our own benefit and also as an expression of gratitude to our mothers and sisters the nuns for their generous welcome of our group. Please pray that this, and every service in the Diocese and across the universal Church is blessed by the prayers of His Grace and our fathers.

Restrictions
+ Due to space limitations only Servants and their families can register for this event; we will ask your Church's Priest or Service Coordinator to verify the eligibility of each registrant.
+ Registration will remain open till January 12, 2020, after which date the list of registrants and rooming arrangements will be finalized and submitted to the Convent.
+ In the event that the number of registrants exceeds available space in the Convent, registration precedence will establish priority to attend; a waiting list will be compiled to allow filling spots that become available due to late cancellation.
+ Registration fees are non-refundable if you cancel at any time; if you register as waiting list after capacity is reached you will not be required to pay the registration fee until you are informed that a spot opened up for you to participate.
+ Payment by credit card incurs a processing fee; if you pay by check or cash (to your Church's Service Coordinator) your registration will become complete and your spot guaranteed (or waitlisted) once your Service Coordinator confirms receipt of your payment.
